FILTRONtec focusses on short downtimes, simple maintenance and low maintenance costs. This is why our air filter systems are designed for operation without constant supervision (BOB operation) - they work fully automatically and can be conveniently monitored from the tunnel operations centre.
The systems only have a few moving components, such as standard pumps, valves and an optional air compressor. These are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. A maintenance manual provides precise information on:
- Inspection intervals of the safety devices
- Cleaning processes
- Further maintenance work and their schedules
No specialised personnel are required to operate the filter system, which significantly reduces operating costs and effort.
The FILTRONtec gas filter consists exclusively of static components and is therefore maintenance-free - a reliable solution for continuous, safe operation.
