Our products are used world-wide
Increased traffic volumes, growing environmental awareness and responsible health protection are some of the reasons for the growing interest in our air filter systems for road tunnels and underground car parks. In 2004, FILTRONtec was selected alongside two competitors from 13 applicants in a worldwide technical qualification competition organised by the Road and Traffic Authority (RTA) in Australia for the planning and installation of a pilot filter system in a tunnel in Sydney. The contract was awarded to FILTRONtec in 2009 and the filter system went into operation in 2010.
From 2007 to 2008, FILTRONtec installed various air filter systems in the M30 tunnel in Madrid. In 2015-2019, FILTRONtec installed eight exhaust air filter systems in the Central Wan Chai Bypass tunnel in Hong Kong.
Since beginning of 2022 we were planning and installing a filter system for Calle M30 tunnel in Madrid, Spain (location of the former Vicente Calderón stadium).
