In March 2022, FILTRONtec was awarded the contract to plan and install another air filter system for the Calle M30 tunnel in Madrid. The tunnel has now been extended beyond the site of the former Vicente Calderón stadium.
The installation of the system was already completed at the end of 2022, with commissioning taking place in 2023. The separation performance of the system was confirmed by an independent laboratory and clearly exceeds the requirements of the specification.
This project demonstrates the high performance and reliability of FILTRONtec filter technology in demanding tunnel operations.
